We spent 7 months in an Oregon forest, researching, and creating this serum. It contains what we call our "Pink Moon Elixir" because it was created for the very first time, on the Pink Moon full moon, and contains 9 wildcrafted botanicals (grown wild & organically maintained by Mother Nature on a 6 acre plot of land flanked on all sides by dense forest). Each botanical is prized for its antioxidant & skin-healing properties, such as Wild Strawberry, Wild Roses & Rosehips, Violets, Apple Blossom & Lemon Balm. However, our favorite ingredient is our hand-harvested sea kelp extract, which we harvest right here in La Jolla. Sea Kelp has more antioxidants than anything on the plane and has been proven to retain more moisture than hyaluronic acid! This is why people constantly tell us how incredibly soft and hydrated our serum & body polish make their skin look and feel. You know how beauty experts always tell you to stay hydrated? It's because that is one of the most important aspects of maintaining youthful skin. We agree with Harvard Heath's advice for maintaining youthful skin by applying a moisturizer as soon as you step out of the shower, to seal in the moisture.
This is how we recommend using our serum as well!
While your face & decolletage are still slightly damp, apply 1 to 2 pumpfuls of serum to the palm of your hand, then rub your hands together and massage into your face, decolletage & eye area using a bit of sweping pressure. If you do this while your skin is damp rather than dry, you will find that the oils in the serum absorb into your skin much more readily, and therefore, the phytonutrients in our plant extracts will be absorbed into the skin where they can do their work.

Use it at night or under makeup in the daytime, to give your skin a radiant glow. We're pretty certain that once you try this, it's going to be your new favorite.

It seems to be pretty close to the truth, that you can't spend 7 months in an Oregon forest without either you or your dog bringing home a few ticks. Being a city girl, I knew nothing of these forest-dwelling menaces, other than the fact that deer ticks can spread Lyme Disease (which is a pretty awful thing to have).
